I set up my photography & design business in 2008 in France when our youngest child was 18 months old, having studied photography and graphic design and having work for three companies before moving to France. At first my small business developed with graphic and website design (as this allowed me to work mostly from home) but back in 2011 I felt that I wanted to develop the photography part of my business and now, I'm very happy to say that nearly all my time is spent on photography and I love my work.
My working weeks, (well, often weekends too) are built around a wonderful variety of photography giving me the opportunity to meet and photograph many couples and families and allowing me to travel and discover the wonderful regions of France for both weddings and commercial projects.
I love capturing images that reflect the personalities of my clients without stiff poses or fixed smiles. I love photographing weddings, telling the story of your whole unique day, capturing all the emotions and all the little details that you might otherwise forget, creating images that become the photos that can be treasured for a lifetime.
Just for fun :
I love :
Going for walks with my family.
Snow (well just a few days of it, that's enough).
The smell of bread cooking in the oven.
Discovering more about the beautiful country we've chosen to live in.
...and of course, my family and our animals.
I don't like :
Celery or gherkins.Cleaning the car.
The slow internet service in the Normandy countryside! I can't wait for the fiber optic service that is planned for the end of 2016
