Normandy Event Photographer - The Retrobessin Classic Car show 2015 - Tour-en-Bessin - Calvados
It was another lovely sunny day in April for the first Retrobessin Classic Car Show at the beautiful Château de Vaulaville en tour-en-Bessin not far from Bayeux in Calvados, Normandy. It was organised by the Office de Tourisme d'Omaha Beach it was a success with lots of classic cars and lots of visitors too.
I was curious to go and see a new local classic car show as I have some experience. For those of you who don't know my husband restores classic car dashboards in both wood and metal. You can see his work on his website if you're interested www.classicdashboards.com. He couldn't come so I thought I'd go and have a look and photograph the event. For many years now we've had a stand at Retrofestival classic car show in Caen and will be there again at the end of June.
There was a wide range of makes and models of classic cars and you could go for a ride with the owners. It was lovely to capture the beautiful cars in a beautiful location. Well done to the organisers and car owners.
