Paris in the snow - February 2018.

A snowy tour of Paris with photographer Sabina Lorkin.

I can't tell you how luck I feel. Only a few days beforehand I'd booked a last minute trip to Paris for the first time in a couple of years. I'd decided to visit Retromobile at the Paris Expo as my husband wanted to meet up with a few clients, as he restores classic car dashboards and wooden interiors.

I was even considering going without my camera (yes, I know, sounds weird for a photographer) as I wasn't planning on doing any photography. Then, to my surprise and delight the day before my journey from Normandy into Paris on the train, it snowed! And it wasn't just a little dusting of snow but thick, beautiful heavy snow. So that was it. I HAD to take my camera with me.

The photos begin under a cloudy sky, but the next morning the sun shone brightly and the sky was beautifully blue, contrasting with the snow. Continue scrolling to discover these images and of course the Eiffel Tower.
